Protection Officers working rail possessions compile NRF014 pre-work briefings, NRF015A forms, site diaries, maps and briefs — historically scattered across paper, phone photos and personal filing systems, with no searchable history and no simple way to share a signed-off pack.We built WPP: a real subscription product with its own marketing site and pricing, plus a workspace covering Team and Individual plans, a route library, staff directory, locations, protection order, billing and analytics. Every completed plan merges into one exportable PDF, shareable by link or SMS, stored permanently and searchable by date or job code.

- problem
- Protection Officers working rail possessions compile NRF014 pre-work briefings, NRF015A forms, site diaries, maps and briefs — historically scattered across paper, phone photos and personal filing systems, with no searchable history and no simple way to share a signed-off pack.
- approach
- We built WPP: a real subscription product with its own marketing site and pricing, plus a workspace covering Team and Individual plans, a route library, staff directory, locations, protection order, billing and analytics.
- outcome
- The operations dashboard and analytics are built on real data: in one four-week period we observed 8 allocations across 42 locations, 84 staffed slots, and a 103-person staff directory, all reachable from one view with exportable CSVs — instead of paper diaries with no aggregate view at all.

A protection officer starts a Team or Individual WPP, selects the right NRF form template for the job, and their own profile details — name, signature, contact — auto-fill from their account so no one can sign as someone else.
