problem
Protection Officers working rail possessions compile NRF014 pre-work briefings, NRF015A forms, site diaries, maps and briefs — historically scattered across paper, phone photos and personal filing systems, with no searchable history and no simple way to share a signed-off pack.
approach
We built WPP: a real subscription product with its own marketing site and pricing, plus a workspace covering Team and Individual plans, a route library, staff directory, locations, protection order, billing and analytics.
outcome
The operations dashboard and analytics are built on real data: in one four-week period we observed 8 allocations across 42 locations, 84 staffed slots, and a 103-person staff directory, all reachable from one view with exportable CSVs — instead of paper diaries with no aggregate view at all.

problem
A multi-location trades business was running client information across six different spreadsheets — one per region — with quotes emailed as PDFs and project status tracked in whichever tool the local team preferred that month.
approach
One organisation and contact record shared across every location, replacing six separate spreadsheets with a single source of truth.
outcome
Head office gained a single, real-time view across every location for the first time, and the local teams got software that was actually faster than the spreadsheet it replaced — the two things that usually decide whether a new system sticks or quietly gets abandoned within a month.
