What we collect
We collect only what you give us directly — your name, email address and whatever you write to us through the contact page. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact page is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've engaged us for. We keep enquiry records for as long as is reasonably useful for that purpose, then delete them.
Hosting and infrastructure
This site and any data submitted through it are hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in an Australian region, behind standard encryption in transit. We do not use a third-party analytics or session-recording service on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@rahnix.com.au and we'll action it within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update this page and change the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
