One system. Every client moment.
Software that runs the way your business actually works
Rahnix designs and builds the systems a service business runs on.
Read the full introduction
Rahnix designs and builds the systems a service business runs on — enquiry, quoting, delivery, invoicing and support — as one connected platform instead of a pile of disconnected tools stitched together with spreadsheets.
One record, carried forward.Enquiry context, agreed scope and delivery state stay connected.
The proof is structural
One system, carried all the way through.
One customer record, one activity history and one permission model carry context through every handoff.
How the platform works
One system, not five logins
Most growing service businesses end up running their CRM in one tool, their invoicing in another, their project tracking in a third, and their client communication wherever it happens to land. Every handoff between those tools is a place where information goes stale or gets lost.
We build platforms with one source of truth — one customer record, one activity history, one permission model — so the person answering the phone can see exactly what the person doing the work sees.
This site is proof, not a pitch
The website you're reading was built on the same platform we build for clients: a modular application with a real content model behind every page, real role-based permissions behind the admin screens, and infrastructure that scales down to near-zero cost when nobody's visiting rather than billing a fixed server fee around the clock. If we wouldn't run our own business on it, we wouldn't sell it to you.
- 01One customer recordContext survives every handoff.
- 02One permission modelAccess is enforced at the source.
- 03One operating platformPublic site and delivery system connect.
Capabilities
Built as one connected capability.
Strategy, interface and engineering stay in the same room, so a useful idea can survive all the way into dependable software.
All servicesOne record, many moments
The context moves. Your client does not start again.
A sanitized record demonstrates the principle: each team sees the state it needs, while the identity, decisions and history remain connected underneath.

- 02QuoteAccepted

How Rahnix works
Working software, phase by phase.
Each phase closes a real uncertainty and leaves behind something testable.
- 01UnderstandThe real workflow, constraints and decision points.
- 02MapA shared system model before screens multiply.
- 03BuildThin, complete slices with useful states.
- 04ProveReal users, real data shapes and measurable checks.
- 05EvolveA documented platform your team can keep growing.
Why Rahnix
Design and engineering in the same system.
- Not a polished shell
- Real loading, empty, error and permission states are designed with the happy path.
- Not a handoff relay
- The people shaping the experience stay close to the architecture and implementation.
- Not a dependency trap
- Documentation, tests and infrastructure ownership are part of the delivered product.

- problem
- Protection Officers working rail possessions compile NRF014 pre-work briefings, NRF015A forms, site diaries, maps and briefs — historically scattered across paper, phone photos and personal filing systems, with no searchable history and no simple way to share a signed-off pack.
- approach
- We built WPP: a real subscription product with its own marketing site and pricing, plus a workspace covering Team and Individual plans, a route library, staff directory, locations, protection order, billing and analytics.
- outcome
- The operations dashboard and analytics are built on real data: in one four-week period we observed 8 allocations across 42 locations, 84 staffed slots, and a 103-person staff directory, all reachable from one view with exportable CSVs — instead of paper diaries with no aggregate view at all.
